Michael Pellerito, Partner at Terwilliger & Bartone Properties, is a real estate and financial services professional with exceptional financial modeling and transaction structure experience.  Michael has worked as an investment banker, corporate lender, portfolio manager and valuation expert for several Wall Street firms, including Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan Chase, Bloomberg, and Natixis.  For the past two decades, Michael has bought, repaired, rented and sold dozens of residential properties while also managing investments in many real estate ventures.  Michael is a graduate of SUNY Stony Brook where he majored in electrical engineering, and he holds a MBA from Fordham University.
